The nearest airport is Clayton J. Lloyd International (AXA), roughly 10 km away and about a 13–17 minute drive. The hotel arranges private transfers. Check-in runs into the evening, and check-out is before noon. The hotel is closed from August 1 to October 31 each year. The driest, calmest weather runs from December through April.

The hotel has two restaurants and three bars. Julian's serves French cuisine with Caribbean ingredients in an intimate setting overlooking Long Bay.
